When I am in this situation, I dissolve up to 3 tabs in my mouth for big pain, and it helps take the edge off. Sometimes I've already taken an over the counter pain med and you can't take any more for 4 - 6 hours. So I use these tablets to take the edge off, and kill the pain so I can function. Use as directed. This product is HELPFUL, and I recommend it.

Natural healing and really helps

I have stomach issues and can’t and won’t take ibuprofen It is bad on my stomach. But taking these are more natural ingredients really works and helps me to keep moving. For me, stopping is not an option.

Don’t think they work

The tablets are easy to swallow, they melt in your mouth quickly, which is easier than swallowing a pill for me. They taste a bit chalky, are unflavored, but they work and do not upset my stomach. Remember that these are alternatives to traditional medical advice from a physician, and read the instructions on the box, and look at the ingredients to make sure this does not interfere with any other medications or if you have allergies to some of the ingredients before taking.

Directions
Adults 18 years of age and older: At the onset of symptoms, dissolve 2 tablets under the tongue and repeat, if needed, every 15 minutes for 3 more doses. Then, dissolve 2 tablets under the tongue every hour until symptoms improve.
