So far this computer has been amazing. I can play video games on it, do my schoolwork and it works great. It does get warm so I recommend a cooling fan. It is a great quality. Looks sleek and easy to connect blue tooth devices and internet. The battery life is good depending on what you are doing. Great size screen. And the sound quality is perfect.

This laptop was a gift to my grandson. He shopped and compared and settled on this one. He loves it. He says it fits his needs and since getting his first job finds that it’s perfect timing. I will update the review if he complains about it. He recommends it.

I love the laptop; however, it came with a USB-C charger. Because the 15.6" display feels smaller than a standard 15.6" display, I use two external monitors and need the USB-C port for the second monitor. This means I am essentially being forced to purchase a separate power-in charger just to use two monitors. I understand the nature of the business, but this feels excessive.

Only wish that the keys were backlit. Touch screen and biometric reader would have been nice too. But not necessary.

I bought this laptop for my mother and she hasn’t had any complaints so far. However, I was disappointed that the product listing didn’t clearly state whether or not the keyboard was backlit. It turns out it isn’t. For her, this isn’t a big issue, but if I had bought it for myself, I’d be very frustrated. A business laptop should really make this clear in the description—especially since many people work in low-light settings (like on a plane or train). Other than that, it seems to run fine.
