CyberPowerPC Gamer Xtreme VR offers excellent value, performance, and build quality.

This system has exceeded my expectations and is absolutely worth the price.
I’ve always built my own PCs, and my last build from 2019 served me well. But it was starting to show its age, so I began planning a new build. After pricing out similar specs and spotting a Prime Day deal, I realized I couldn’t match the value of this prebuilt. I did my homework, and CyberPowerPC came out ahead.
Here’s what came in my setup:
• Case: CyberPowerPC Amethyst 240S (White)
• Motherboard: Gigabyte DS3H AX V2
• Processor: Intel Core i7-14700F (no integrated graphics, but not an issue thanks to the dedicated GPU)
• Memory: TeamGroup 16GB DDR5 6000MHz (38-46-46-84)
• Storage: Western Digital Green 1TB SSD
• Power Supply: High Power 850W
• Graphics Card: PNY GeForce RTX 5060 Ti with 16GB VRAM
It also came with an RGB keyboard (NOHI 02) and mouse (Elite M2). I’ve been using the keyboard—it’s responsive, has decent RGB effects, and lighting is controlled directly from the board (no software required). I haven’t used the mouse yet, but it seems solid.
Gaming performance has been excellent. Titles like Helldivers 2 and Company of Heroes run flawlessly—no stuttering, no crashes, just smooth gameplay. The system is impressively quiet. If it weren’t for the RGB lighting on the fans and RAM, you might not even notice it’s powered on.
The white case and customizable RGB lighting look fantastic. You can tweak the lighting using Gigabyte’s Control Center (RGB Fusion) or third-party apps like SignalRGB.
I initially thought I might need more RAM, but 16GB has been more than enough. I use the system for gaming, web browsing, media development (mostly audio and image work), and spreadsheets for both personal and professional tasks.
One minor issue: when I first powered it on, the hard drive activity light didn’t work. After checking the wiring, I found the HDD LED and system reset wires were swapped. It was a quick fix, but worth mentioning.
Overall, I’m extremely happy with this purchase. If it holds up as well as my last build, I may never go back to self-building—CyberPowerPC might have earned a long-term customer. It’s a well-balanced system with above-average specs at a very reasonable price, especially if you catch it on sale.
It may not max out every game on ultra settings, but for my needs, it looks great and runs like a dream. Highly recommended for gamers and power users looking for a solid prebuilt system.

I was running a 3050ti laptop that was amazing but since the charger broke and games being harder to run on it I decided I try to catch up and upgrade, looks nice, definitely a good option for those who are looking to get into PC gaming at a caught up level. For brief context, my laptop could only run arc raiders at low and 50-60 fps on a good day, for this pc, Although recommended is high settings, I turned them up to epic, still quiet as a mouse and running uo to almost 150 fps which is a huge difference from what I was playing at. Hope this gives some clarity. Also im hardwired but it’s nice to see they added a Wi-Fi antenna incase you’re not close to a hardwire connection. Last thing, there’s a usb drive that comes with it, it’s not needed just takes you to their website to buy things. I just got this will update if something goes wrong.
Update: (1 month in) I use this comp every day and still performs good and haven’t had any major issues. The only game that I had trouble with surprisingly was code vein, it struggled to join a friend and loading and cut screens would freeze the game for a minute than return back to normal. So besides that, I’m very happy with the purchase especially since it arrived in perfect condition and all the parts secured tightly in. In my opinion these can be a hit or miss and I just so Happened to get the hit. I do recommend beginners or people looking to upgrade for 30
Series and below to check this baby out it’s more affordable and if Amazon allows youto do a month to month payment as I did, I would do it. Amazing provided no interest and just 330 Down, followed by 230 every month for 5 months. If that’s an option you can afford and shows up on payment options I would do it. Still think it deserves 5 stars for the overall experience. Again wish it had more ram and bigger ssd drive but, it definitely does the job and than some

Performance is excellent: it runs all the latest Steam games on high settings (Ultra high looks amazing but lag increased significantly).
Beyond the raw power, it’s a great looking machine—the sleek chassis features customizable RGB lighting and professional, clean cable management, ensuring optimal cooling and aesthetics.
The user experience was unbeatable. I appreciated the fast shipping and the easy setup—it was truly plug-and-play. The dust screen on the top had some sticker residue I couldn't remove so that will collect dust and look gross over time but that's my biggest complaint.
Final Verdict
This PC is an outstanding package that combines power with stunning looks and user-friendly convenience. If you want a zero-hassle, high-performance gaming rig, this comes highly recommended!

Great PC at a great price

I upgraded from an older Cyberpower I had bought in 2016. It lasted all those years and still continues to work like day 1.

Recieved defective unit Poor quality control, lost money!

Gave it to my son as a gift, the next day my son tells me it keeps freezing up. I did a bunch of troubleshooting steps that they provided me by Cyberpower support and it still persists. Definitely a hardware issue and the window to return the PC has closed. I hope the manufacturer gets back to me again to rectify this ASAP. This was a very frustrating experience for my son's first gaming desktop purchased from Amazon.ca
I wasted my entire weekend trying to get this thing going nothing but frustration, it should not be like this when you're spending $1,800
Once I get this rectified I will adjust my rating how well customer support resolution.
EDIT:
All I can say is wow with this company, brutal! I had paid $171 to ship it to the company from Canada to the US and forced to add insurance as it was requested by CyberpowerPC. Finally get the RMA results and it was hardware issue on their end from the start, poor quality service! It had the CPU, CPU fan and RAM replaced. Then they get me to pay $91 to ship it back to me! Stay away from this company if I were you. I lost so much money with them!
