This computer does not run Windows. If all you need is to read your email It is a good choice....
Only had it for a month but at the moment its been perfect. Its on more than 8hrs a day and doesn't seem to overheat nor loose speed....
...I only use it for web browsing, streaming movies. It runs well. From a distance, it looks like a $800 laptop lol....

Solid affordable Chromebook but needs external port for micro sd
I’m happy with the Chromebook. For my purposes, using Google Docs primarily, it’s perfect. They said they had added the 128 SSD with a card to make 256. This implied they had added it already. I was surprised when it arrived with the micro sd card along with an external port hub for me to add to the Chromebook myself. And there were no instructions on how to do it. With google I figured it out. For someone who has done it before, they’ll have no problem.
