I did extensive research to narrow done a laptop that would suit my needs. I thought I found it with this one. The third time I turned it on it went into a fatal error and perpetually tried to boot up. I called Acer support and they blamed Windows 11 and wanted to send a USB to fix the problem. Apparently there wasn’t a way to restore the laptop to factory settings. A week goes by and I check Acer’s website for an update on my repair status. They can’t find anything with the case number I was given nor by the SNID. I call their 24/7 tech support number and nothing has been sent out. No notices or updates have been sent to me. Instead I’m told I need to call back a third time and hopefully someone will be able to help me during the week.

Thus far, not a bad setup. I'm a spoiled PC gamer on the fly, this thing has great screen quality and refresh rate, amazing adaptive tech, leaves something to be desired as far as the "SSD" though. The read/write times aren't great. Maybe just an old SSD and not an M2? Idk, but downloads are long and painful. Don't expect to download and play your favorite game in the same night. Manage expectations, it's not a $5000 laptop. Just ne happy :)
