Good starter gaming computer to upgrade as you go.

We got this computer and it's a good budget computer if you want to start off gaming and upgrade later. We got a 16 GB memory stick to go with it and we plan to add a 1 terabyte SSD later too. It was able to multitask fairly well before we even upgraded the memory just so u know. Set up was easy. We hooked it up to our vizio gaming TV with all of the consoles we already had. We left it on for a long time before we checked on it so not sure if this is expected but it wasn't the normal windows set up. It was already set to English for me and united states and Microsoft sign in was bypassed. If you want to set up a pin or sign in you would have to go in and do it intentionally. It's fine for my son though for now. The lights are pretty neat but the hardware case does feel a little delicate I noticed so be careful with it. So far no problem and we have decided to keep it! Oh, fyi, it says American Megatrends when it boots up iirc, so it is actually not bad.

Great Mid-Range PC for the Price

The 8GB graphics card isn’t exactly a long-term investment, and it will definitely struggle with 4K gaming — especially as newer games come out — but for the price, it performs really well right now.
I’ve been throwing just about everything at it over the past few weeks at 1080p, and it handles games very well overall. The only real exception so far has been Flight Simulator 2024, where the 8GB of VRAM is already showing some limits. Even then, the game is still very playable; it just pushes the GPU harder than most titles. Planning a GPU upgrade down the road would make this system even better.
One thing I want to clear up: I saw a couple reviews saying there’s no Bluetooth — that’s not true. There is definitely Bluetooth. It’s a PC in 2026… of course it has Bluetooth.
Also, the value here is excellent. I’ve seen very similar systems at Best Buy with less RAM costing hundreds more. The included 32GB of RAM (even though it’s DDR4) is a huge plus and makes this system feel fast and future-ready for multitasking and gaming.
Overall, for the price and specs, this is easily one of the better deals available right now.

Crashing right out of the box

All I had done was install Google Chrome and ran Windows updates until it showed up to date. Event Viewer showed a different error every time, from unable to write to a directory to wifi driver errors. Searching the errors online showed things like GPU driver issues, wifi, COM, etc. until I got tired of spending the time on a BRAND NEW COMPUTER. I did not feel like I should have to do ANY troubleshooting or take any steps to make a BRAND NEW COMPUTER work right out of the box. Unfortunately, I bought it during Prime Days, so replacement was not an option. Which is probably a good thing, considering the problems with this one. Now just have to wait for my refund to find another one. Definitely a different brand this time

My daughter uses it for Roblox, Rival Stars, and GTA. We are hoping to get years out of this computer. Also we love that we can add storage later if needed.
