Do Not Buy if You Expect a Responsive Laptop

I purchased this laptop brand new and, within the first week, it became obvious that the performance is unacceptable. This is with a fresh Windows installation, no downloaded applications, and a high-speed fiber internet connection. The issue is not my network—it’s the laptop itself.
Opening basic applications takes an excessive amount of time, web browsers are slow to launch, Windows frequently lags, and even navigating the operating system feels sluggish. Simple tasks that should take seconds routinely take much longer.
I specifically checked for performance settings and discovered there isn’t even a High Performance power mode available. This machine struggles with basic productivity right out of the box.
If you’re looking for a laptop for work, school, web browsing, or anything requiring responsiveness, I cannot recommend this product. Based on my experience, the hardware is simply not capable of providing an acceptable Windows 11 experience.
