The Intel N150 processor handles my daily tasks well, video calls, spreadsheets, and multiple browser tabs open at once without any lag. It boots up fast in the morning so I can get straight into work without waiting around.
The 15.6 inch screen gives me enough room to work comfortably and the display looks sharp for reading documents or reviewing reports all day. The 512GB storage and 16GB RAM have been more than enough for my files and programs, everything runs smoothly even when I have several apps open at the same time. The webcam is positioned well for video meetings and picks up clear video without needing an external camera.
Battery life gets me through a good part of the workday if I need to move around the house instead of staying plugged in at my desk. The ports cover everything I need for connecting a monitor or other accessories for my home office setup. This has been a reliable laptop for daily work without slowing me down.

I am not sure how to install word and excel

I bought the laptop for my son to use for school work and am happy about the screen is big enough and was easy to get started. My problem with the laptop is that I do not know how to install word, excel and other things like that. Otherwise this seems to be a very good laptop.
EDIT: I figured out how to get the install done. Geeze feeling so dumb. Thank you for reaching out about what I was having trouble with installing word and excel.

Arrived damaged

The SSD had to be replaced. Would have returned but it would have cost more to return than to repair. Once fixed it works great.

Great laptop for light gaming

Absolutely no issues with either of those. It loads the Sims really well and I haven't experienced any issues after about a month of having it. I've tried playing Fortnite on it and it can get a little choppy if there are a lot of players near me or if there's a lot of stuff to load, so I would pass on this laptop if you're looking for something that can handle games with higher demand.

It’s good for what I paid

It can at least play most games on medium to low settings, it boots up quickly & runs tasks smoothly. I’ve never had any issues with overheating or anything bad like that. The only thing that annoys me is the textured screen, which might be my fault, I didn’t realize that’s what a matte screen was, but sometimes I don’t notice it & also sometimes I do have an issue where I have to forget my WiFi & reconnect it & sometimes I have to restart it to get it to connect. But otherwise it’s good.
